Franklin House Doodles is a small family program in Franklin, just south of Nashville, We raise a select few mini doodles in our living room, with our kids, and we stay in touch long after they go home. Our first litter is born in November and comes home in January.

Most breeders say goodbye at the door. We would rather say welcome.

Questions

How big will they get?

Mom is 14 lb and dad is 13 lb, so we expect adults of roughly 12 to 18 lb. Every dog is a little different.

Are they hypoallergenic?

No dog is truly hypoallergenic. With strong Poodle genetics and furnishings from both sides, we expect low-shedding coats, but we can't guarantee allergy outcomes.

What grooming do they need?

Brushing two to three times a week, and a professional groom every six to eight weeks. We'll help you start a routine early.

Can we visit?

Yes. Reserved families are welcome from about five weeks. We keep visits short and clean to protect the puppies.

Is the deposit refundable?

The $300 deposit counts toward your puppy's price, and it isn't refunded if you change your mind. There are two exceptions. If no puppy matches what you asked for when your turn comes, you choose: a full refund, or move your deposit to a future litter. And if we decide not to go ahead, we refund it in full.

What if life changes?

Call us first, always. We'll take the dog back or help find the right home. It's part of our contract.

What's the difference between joining the Club and the waitlist?

Joining the Club is free and open to any doodle family, wherever your dog came from. You join online at the Clubhouse and you're in right away. The waitlist is only for families who want one of our puppies: it's the application below, and every puppy family is welcomed into the Club on homecoming day. Already a member and want a puppy? Apply as well.
